Ho-ho-ho! One of the most special weeks of Funside Summer 2025 awaits you: the Campers’ Choice winning theme, as voted for by our campers, the Christmas in July week! Christmas melodies, creative activities, shared experiences, and countless surprises are prepared for you – let’s bring the holiday spirit to summer together!
The first afternoon sets the magical mood for the week: we start with an experience-filled Christmas Scavenger Hunt, where you’ll have to solve creative tasks to find and cheer up the Grinch, and successfully complete the mission! The evening continues with an exciting Activity Night, where teams compete by drawing and acting out to guess as many holiday expressions as possible!
Let the Christmas bells ring, put your Santa hats on, the Race to Save Christmas kicks off on Tuesday afternoon. It’s not just about speed: fun tasks and surprises await you along the way. At our Christmas Eve program, we’ll get into the holiday spirit together: make your own Christmas tree ornaments, meet Santa and test yourself at Elf Training. Winter sports fans shouldn’t worry, we’ve prepared some exciting games for you as well!
Wednesday afternoon brings a real Christmas adventure: we’re visiting Central Europe’s largest indoor adventure center, the Bobo Fun Park! Conquer the heights of the Adrenaline Arena and recharge with us for an afternoon! Besides trampolines and adventure courses, you can now test your skills in the Focus Boulder room, and who knows, you might even run into Santa at the adventure park. In the evening, our new program, Cabin Night awaits, where each team can choose their favorite evening activity! Christmas movies, board games, cozy conversations, or stargazing under the Balaton sky – you decide how to spend this special evening.
Time to save the McCallister house! In the Home Alone Escape Room, besides exciting puzzles and holiday mysteries, you can follow in Kevin’s footsteps and design the perfect trap. Our most atmospheric evening program gets an upgrade this year: the Festival of Lights‘ illuminated path leads to a camp-wide Christmas Lip Sync Battle, where teams can showcase their performing talents, ending the night with group singing.
A winter wonderland by the beach? Absolutely! Join us for a unique Beach Party where holiday spirit meets summer fun, complete with spectacular synchronized swimming shows at Lake Balaton! As the sun sets, we’ll wrap up our Christmas in July week with a magical Closing Party you won’t want to miss.
